20g Red dates
50g tremella
30g Rock sugar
10g Wolfberry
150g pineapple
- Prepare the materials and make the tremella blister in advance.
- Remove the white fungus’s root, wash it, and tear it into small pieces
- Cut the red dates, remove their kernels and cut them into small pieces.
- Cut the pineapple into thin slices with a knife, soak it in salt water for 15 minutes, and drain it.
