Men Tintin itches and inflammation, teach you a few tricks to do it easily! Men should have a look! Man,it's time to look, relax,do a few tricks,Tintin, itching, inflammation. October 15, 2019

Today, I want to talk about something closely related to the health of my male compatriots.

First of all, I want to ask my male compatriots what itches make you feel especially uncomfortable at ordinary times.

If you get beriberi, itchy feet are the hardest to endure.~

If you don't listen to your daughter-in-law, your skin itches and itches.~

Want to do something bad, itchy hands always want to make a scene.~

Awkwardness, "Ding Ding" itchy but unable to speak out~

The first three editions don't say anything. For the fourth edition, don't be embarrassed. Let's talk about the most common disease that Ding Ding encounters.

Balanitis

Turtle foreskin inflammation, I believe that many boys shoes have been tricked, phimosis, foreskin is too long, is the culprit!

Because of the dirt and fouling between the glans and the long prepuce, exfoliated epithelial cells, gland secretion and Bacillus prepuce form a warm and humid "bacterial culture medium", once the bacteria enter, it is easy to cause inflammation.

If glans and foreskin are found:

Surface edema and congestion; redness around urethral orifice; appearance of wound and erosion;

You have to be careful. This may be the initial manifestation of balanopsis. At this time, boys shoes will feel itchy or burning in the place where the head is tinkling.

With the development of the disease, the lesion can evolve into superficial ulcer with inflammatory secretion overflow.

Further, the sore ulcer surface will purulent and smelly. Severe cases had a series of symptoms such as fatigue, low fever, inguinal lymph node enlargement and tenderness.

If you suffer from candidal balanitis caused by fungal infection, besides erythema and edema of glans mucosa, mild scaling may occur at the edge of the lesion, accompanied by papules and small abscesses, and expand to the surrounding area, resulting in erosion of the glans.

Recurrent candidal balanitis can even cause dry foreskin, fibrosis and sclerosis of the glans, which should not be underestimated.

So, unfortunately suffering from balanitis, what should we do?

1. For mild illness, the glans can be soaked in potassium permanganate solution of 1:5000 at home, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Or dip in 1:1000 Bromogeramine solution with a cotton swab and gently wipe the inflammation exudate.

Note: It is not appropriate to use various ointments and powders, which can backfire and easily aggravate the condition.

2. In severe cases, under the guidance of doctors, antibiotics were used to wet compress the affected area with 25% magnesium sulfate solution, and antibiotics were added under the guidance of doctors.

3. The above methods are useless. What should we do? Special attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment of special pathogenic microorganisms.

Candida was found in the secretion, and nystatin or clotrimazole should be given locally.

When trichomonad was detected in secretion, metronidazole tablets should be given orally.

If other sexually transmitted diseases are suspected, gonorrhoeae diplococcus can be checked. At the same time, attention should be paid to distinguishing it from syphilis hard chancre and soft chancre.
